We aim to resolve disputes amicably through good faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), by a sole arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English.

  • “Services” means the factoring and commission advance services provided by CONCO FASTPAY through the Site.
  • “Users” means agencies, agents, or other parties who access or use the Site or Services.
  • “Intellectual Property” means all content, design, logos, graphics, and related materials on the Site.
